Heritage
The company was originally incorporated in 1970 under the name Jassim Al-Wazzan & Mahmoud S. Ali Company for trading in imported dry goods. The firm changed its name to Al Hoda Kuwaiti Company in September 1988 after it became a fully owned subsidiary of Jassim Al Wazzan Group. The group name was changed to Mezzan Holding Company Kscc in January 1999.
Presently, the group has 6 manufacturing companies having brands namely KHAZAN, DANIAH, KITCO, SARA, KBC, SOFTY and other merchandising companies in related to consumer goods.
